1.Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing events or purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.

2.Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate and current information when you register.
• Do not share your account or transfer it to someone else.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.Buying tickets

When you buy a ticket, you enter into a purchase with the event organizer. We provide the platform that processes the order and delivers your ticket.

Tickets are delivered digitally to your account and must be presented at the venue. A ticket may be refused if it appears to be copied, altered or resold in breach of these terms.

4.Fees and payments

The total price, including any service fee, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

5.Refunds and cancellations

Unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket sales are final. Refund policies are set by each organizer and shown on the event page.

If an event is cancelled, eligible orders are refunded to the original payment method. Service fees may be non-refundable.

6.Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, for delivering the event as described, and for complying with all local laws and licensing requirements.

We may remove listings that are misleading, unlawful or in breach of these terms.

7.Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

• No fraudulent purchases, chargebacks made in bad faith, or ticket duplication.
• No automated scraping, bulk buying or attempts to disrupt the service.
• No harassment, hate speech or unlawful content in listings or messages.

8.Intellectual property

The platform, its design, logos and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

Organizers keep ownership of the content they upload, and grant us a licence to display it in order to promote their events.

9.Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to that processing.

10.Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or attendance at an event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.

Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
